I liked the cleanless of the room and the private bathroom. Ac and hot shower worked well. Quiet hotel. Nearby fish market and dining options and 100m from subway. On the other hand, communication was very tricky with the owner, even using Google translate in Korean. ちょっとだるかった。シャワーのお湯の圧も弱く、ぬるま湯くらいの温度しか出ず、たまたま行きつけの温泉があったからそこに行きました。今回ホテルの予約が取れず仕方なくここの 民泊にしたけど、次泊まることはないです。 立地的には、問題ないけどジャガルチに近いので少し匂いも気になりました。フロントの方は全く日本語が通じないけど、感じのいー韓国のおばちゃんって感じです。 そのおばちゃんが母のキャリーケースを 星4つにしましたが、あくまでも安さ重視の場合の満足度です。安さ重視の場合は、ホステルに泊まるような値段で、シャワーとトイレも部屋にあり、アメニティも過不足がないので、問題なく泊まれます。 ただし、建物が古いのと昔喫煙だったのか、ややカラオケボックスのようなにおいがします。 安かろう悪かろうに納得する方にはおすすめです。 ##### Kenshiro Stayed 4 nights in Sep 外見は一見、汚らしく見えますが、ちゃんとエクスペディアの予約も把握しておりました。部屋の中のエアコン、扇風機、テレビなどが充実していました。シャワーもお湯が出ます。歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプー、コンディショナー、なども備え付けられています。タオルもあります。ドライヤーも置いてあります。どうやら元はラブホテルだったようで、そのせいかアメニティーが充実しているのかなと思います。そのせいか、テレビではアダルトチャンネルを見ることができます。立地としては、ジャガルチ市場の近くで、ご飯屋さんもたくさんあり、朝市も見ることができて、楽しかったです。
