definitely one of the best hotels I have been to internationally. location could not be any better and the property is very clean with spotless rooms and super friendly/helpful staff.
The hotel was in a great area close to bus lines and a short walk to the subway. Lots of food options nearby as well. The hotel room was clean and spacious with everything you would need. The outdoor pool areas were great and well maintained
clean room, awesome service, we had to switch rooms due to new reservations and the front desk staff notified us in the AM brought us the key and assisted us with the luggage. grateful for their service due to traveling with elderly parents with mobility limitations. locations is on point from every major attraction. highly highly recommend and definitely returning next year
Amazing ocean view. Rooftop spa water circuit and onsen vibe is so good. Staff very nice and helpful. Bed is so soft, it holds you in good good. Location is good.
Friendly staff but did not assist with luggage to room or with taxi upon leaving. Maybe because too busy. Would have expected this from 5 star hotel.
Poor soundproofing between rooms…noisy children nearby.
Reasonable buffet breakfast.
Very pleasant and nice staff however old building with old plumbing. Horrible people smoked in their rooms which we could smell in our room.
Restricting gym use to once per full stay is ridiculous. Never experienced this type of restriction in any other hotels before. Doesn’t make sense. Not sure if I would stay again or recommend. Overpriced for mediocre hotel.
This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at.
The property is amazing. The spa pools are such a relaxing experience and a nice way to unwind after a long day. Location wise - it’s good as close to the mall and right by the beach. It is very kid friendly as well and the staff are super pleasant and helpful
Room 502 - excellent views over the beach and water. Room was comfortable. It had a desk but all the usb c connectors were next to the bed.
The room had one major flaw, the bathroom. The shower was over the bath. It was a very deep bath where you has to climb over the edge without anything to hang on to. Believe it or not, it also had a cheap plastic shower curtain, in a 5 star hotel? The hose type shower head was in a rigid wall bracket with no adjustment. Basically the shower was a nightmare. It was a shame as it let the rest of the room down.
