The staff made an exception and checked me in early. However, the explanation of what floor I was staying at was not clear and I had to ask twice. The room was spectacular and it had a gorgeous view. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioner was difficult to operate. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to turn it on.
