Some folks may not be used to being told a lot of rules once you check in, but they're implemented for the comfort and benefit of all guests (including you). The location is convenient to the beach and is also right next to the night market, and about 1-5 min walk to buses and 10 min walk to the subway. This is a good choice if you are a solo traveler, couple, or small (quiet, well-behaved) family.
