One of the staff and whom I believe was the manager spoke excellent english which helped us understand better what we needed to do. The room was a cute and cozy size but had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The only thing that was out of their control was that it was close by to the construction for World Expo Busan, so at times it could get noisy. Also I got really really annoyed during check in, I was there 14:10, and check in was at 15:00\. Literally every other hotel lets you check in early if they have the room open, but nope!
