From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I especially appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt after a long day out. The hotel is also in a fantastic location – surrounded by plenty of food options, cafés, and shops, all within easy walking distance. It made getting meals or doing a bit of shopping incredibly convenient. Its staff can speak not only Korean but also English, Japanese. There are many Korean food restaurants, also convenience store. Comfortable room. They offered me a plug adapter which helped a lot. They helped with calling me a cab in the morning and the breakfast looked nice although I didn't get to try it. The room was nice. If I had any complaint it is the bed as hard as a rock. But that may be more common in Asia and appreciated by some. I found the phone hard to use to call down to the front desk as a foreigner trying to use a Korean phone.
