"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. They are friendly and always open to providing assistance. They provide free water and other drinks in the lounge area. The studio was mostly clean with some dust in the unused AC and bathroom door hinge that should have been cleaned first. My wife also detected a smell in the bathroom that was possibly in the grout and was cleaned in...

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."

"Some staff don't speak English well. The room was somewhat clean, although there was some debris on the sofa, and a soap envelope behind the sink. Bedding was clean. Some previous guest smoked in the toilet room, it had a lingering cigarette smell. In general OK."

"Staffs doesn’t speak much English so I used translation app. Room is clean overall. Standing shower screen has gap below so will wet bathroom/ washroom floor after shower. That’s deal breaker for me. Does not have different type of towels, 1 stack of towels for floor/ hand/ face/ bath. I didn’t use them other than for floor since it gets wet. I have my own towel so that didn’t bother me as much. Bedsheets has some stains, but I just live with it, didn’t ask for change. Bed is quite comfy. There’s a step going up to room so if you have heavy baggage, slight lifting is needed. Overall not bad for the price. "

"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "

"Had to book this property last minute, and was such a pleasant experience! The front desk associate that works the night was very helpful, and went above and beyond with our questionable and concerns and more! We were struggling, and she helped with our basic questions to helping us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport, and helping us our issue with the door! 5 stars!!! "
