"The furniture was old but in good condition. The room was clean but really needed un update in carpeting and drapery. The building also was in desperate need of a paint job. But the bed was comfortable."

"We had a great time as a family at this cottage. The lake was clear & perfect for swimming & kayaking. Unfortunately no luck in the fishing department this time. So many fun water toys available in the boat garage! The indoor hot tub was a great option for when the weather wasn’t ideal. There was so many great lakeside spots on the multi level deck to enjoy. Also having a dishwasher & laundry facilities made our stay very convenient. Any small family would have a great time bonding at this beautiful corner of David lake. "

"Our Multigenerational Family visit was amazing. Cottage was everything we expected and more. Property owner had everything available that we needed. Lake was great for swimming and kayaking. Deck was a wonderful spot to relax. Grounds were well kept. It is a property we would love to return to in the future. "

Property owner was accommodating and flexible with friendly, helpful and fast communication throughout.House is great, in a good location and with lovely views out over the river.The teens loved being able to kayak on the river and really enjoyed playing Pool and giant jenga in the games room.Worth noting that there aren’t doors on two of the bedrooms (which didn’t matter at all to us as they were private and at a distance from other spaces) in case you have a pet who you want to keep out of sleeping spaces.We have zero complaints, loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly place with lots of convenience, lots of space and great amenities. "We had a lovely stay, the cottage is so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The location is quite nice as it’s close to a little town where you can pick things up or go out for food, but super quiet that you can enjoy some quiet time in the hot tub or just relaxing. My only feedback to the host would be, that we booked for six people and the living room does not really have enough comfortable seating for six people, so I’d recommend changing up the layout/adding some comfortable furniture."

"Loved my six day stay at the Cozy Cottage! Very cute 3 bedroom cottage with a lovely sized kitchen to cook in and living room/ office space. Stacked washer dryer makes it easy to do laundry if needed. One neighbour close by as well as other cottages nearby make you feel safe and yet the trees between cottages give you privacy. Hiking trails are only a short drive away! This was a very lovely cottage. I had a wonderful stay and would book again! Thank you David and Amy!"
"The cottage was old, but well-equiped, comfortable and spacious. There are two negative aspects: 1. proximity to the road so that it was noisy at times; 2. cleanliness was generally good though we collected a lot of sand when we swept the floors and the toilet seat had not been throughly cleaned."
