It was the perfect location, only minutes from the University. The retreat itself was clean, charmingly decorated, and had just the right amount of home touches required to not have to eat out at every meal or leave in order to do something fun. My only feedback is that the folks next door could be heard very easily. They weren't overly loud obnoxious but just could be heard doing life at all times. The air temperature was not consistent, and got hot at times even though all rooms had ceiling fans. If you are tall, this house is not for you due to low ceiling fan height.
