"The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. "Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. "
