Buffehr Creek Vacation Packages

Had a nice stay here for the Avs vs Pens game! Overall was very nice. And the breakfast we opted to include was very good. The only issue was that when I checked in the women at the desk said the parking garage was open and I would just drive in to park and didn't need a ticket or anything. She never mentioned a charge for it and when I was checking out the guy at the desk said parking wasn't free. He said he'd help us out and remove the charge but that was pretty misleading and should be explained thoroughly at check in if you're going to get charged or not for parking when there is not ticketing at the garage...

Hotel Teatro is a cozy, charming hotel in a fantastic location, and I would definitely stay again. My room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent water pressure and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was a highlight! Breakfast was fantastic, with excellent coffee and lovely ambiance. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly. One morning, the waitress was less than pleasant, and service was slow, but the following day's experience was wonderful. Housekeeping was a bit confusing, as rooms are not cleaned regularly unless requested. The first time I asked, staff seemed hesitant and only replaced towels and emptied the trash. The second time, the room was fully cleaned without issue. There were some maintenance concerns. I found a large cockroach in the bathroom, and the TV temporarily stopped working, although it was fixed the next day. On my departure day, heavy rain caused water to leak through the ceiling of my fourth-floor room. That was concerning, and I was relieved to be checking out. Despite these issues, I loved the hotel's character, peaceful rooms, comfortable accommodations, and excellent restaurant. It has much more personality than a typical chain hotel. With better maintenance and consistent housekeeping, it would be exceptional. I would happily return!
