Enjoy all the beauty, history & entertainment Buffalo has to offer from the comfort and convenience of this private getaway! Centrally located in the heart of Buffalo this home is walkable to nearby parks, cafes, shops and restaurants. Take a short drive to breathtaking Niagara Falls or explore Peace Bridge, Buffalo Zoo, Martin House, Waterfront District, Elmwood Village, Allentown, Larkin Square and more! The perfect spot for family and friends, you will love this private retreat in Buffalo!  
  
The space  
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this private five bedroom home features two full floors complete with two kitchens, two dining areas, two dedicated work spaces and a second floor living room with 55" Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchens with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious second floor living room includes comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, free street parking and key-less access.  
  
Guest access  
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Please note guest will be staying on the second and third floors of the home, which requires use of the stairs. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.  
  
Other things to note  
There is presently on-going construction happening on an neighboring unit and at times noise will be present as the work is being completed.
