There are 3 floors, the guests (us) have access to the first 2 floors while the owner is on the third floor. My wife was a bit uncomfortable with this setup. Everything was wonderful. So much gorgeous restored wood set a very romantic Victorian feel. 4 large, comfortable, master painter themed bedrooms with 2 convenient full bathrooms on the second floor. Especially appreciated the owner leaving welcome items for things we forgot.
