The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to have 24hr front desk. The rooms were pretty dirty. They do say explicitly that there is only cleaning service once a week, but the room was dirty when I arrived. Requesting cleaning would be an extra charge. It was a comfortable bed and generally quiet, but you do have neighbors and you will hear them. There’s no deadbolt, but an electronic key pad is safe enough…right? The apartment was clean and everything worked, but there were a few issues. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet so the sheet didn’t stay tight, the hot water didn’t always work, the gym was terrible, it only had a few dumbbells, the building was cheaply constructed so it was noisy and the biggest problem was that the building didn’t have heat so it got cold at night and in the morning. Expedia said there was a one time charge for parking, but Too Rentals said we had to pay every day. It was expensive so we had to park in the street. Breakfast was also very expensive so we always ate somewhere else. No pudimos utilizar el estacionamiento porque esta todo ocupado. La propiedad esta bien ubicada, es nueva y los departamentos están lindos. La otra cosa que no me gusto es que el personal de recepción no me pareció muy amable.
