The apartment offers a large double height ceiling on the Living room area that is connected to the dining room and the kitchen space. There are 3 large bedrooms on the second level and an open space that perfectly serves as playroom, workspace or 4th bedroom. The apartment offers 2 full bathrooms and a toilette. On the 3rd level, there is huge terrace with an 8 sitting dining table, a minipool and a BBQ for you to enjoy the Buenos Aires skyline. Guest Access: We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for. The Neighborhood: Palermo Soho offers some of the best bars, restaurants and events in the city. Getting Around: Subway and buses are located just a stone throw away.
