VILLA FRANCESCA is a charming SEA VIEW villa 300m from the beach, with PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and a large lawn GARDEN.   
Francesca family will be happy to entrust you with their beloved home, wishing you to spend an unforgettable holiday!   
Recently built, the villa is well equipped and has the best comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at the same time.   
In particular, the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, the GARDEN and the VERANDA WITH SEA VIEW stand out where everyday life takes place.   
The villa can comfortably accommodate 5 people in standard conditions, up to a maximum of 7 people. A cot is available for an infant to be placed in the double bedroom. The VILLA, inside, is characterized by the presence of 4 rooms:   
\-a large KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM   
\-a DOUBLE BEDROOM   
\-a DOUBLE BEDROOM with single beds   
\-a BATHROOM with shower.   
The interiors of the house are furnished with style.  
The rooms are air-conditioned with an efficient air conditioning and heating system that can be operated with a remote control.   
The domestic hot water is produced by an electric boiler. The internal area of ​​the villa is covered by the Internet WI-FI network and a 32' LED SMART TV is also available.   
!Final cleaning is not included in the booking price, the amount will be €80.00 to be paid at the property. The linen are free and includes sheets, bath towels and beach / pool towels.!  
The villa is equipped with every comfort outside. There is also a BBQ (barbeque) that allows cooking enthusiasts to prepare outdoor grills with local meats or with fresh fish from the clear Sardinian sea.   
The GARDEN with lawn, adorned with trees and flowering bushes during the summer season, frames the SWIMMING POOL and SOLARIUM with local stone flooring equipped with 4 modern sunbeds and 2 deckchairs, to enjoy the extraordinary sun of this land. At the back of the villa and near the pool is the outdoor shower.   
In the evening, the garden and the SWIMMING POOL are completely lit up after sunset (spectacular!) to enjoy all the services of the villa until late at night, respecting the quiet and the rules of good individual behavior.   
The LARGE VERANDA with vertical fabric blinds shelter from the sun and create a relaxing area where there are comfortable sofas and tables with a view of the surrounding landscape, tre SEA, the garden and the swimming pool. For guests with children it will be easier to supervise the children while they play in the pool, perhaps enjoying an aperitif in the shade of the veranda roof.   
The villa can be reached from the entrance (via APOLLO) via a private driveway, which can be traveled by car or on foot, leading to the villa which is in turn bordered by a large granite stone fence. Here there is also a private parking space

Francesca was so helpful pre-stay and during it. I was travelling along with a child and we needed lots of advice and she was great. The villa is gorgeous- cosy and has everything you need. It is perfect for 2-3 guests and the pool area is lovely and bigger than the pictures show. I would say that a car is a must in order to explore. The air con is effective which is definitely needed in summer months! Thank you Francesca

#### Beautiful villa in a great location on ede of Budoni

Amazing villa with everything covered for 4 people stay. Pool was a great size and the location great for supermarket and 2 great restaurants. Could even walk to a beach! Francesca was a perfect host and and the check in and check out process with her cleaner was also personal and flexible. Would go again even for a weekend ! Fabulous beach beach!

#### Erholsame Tage in wunderschöner Umgebung

Es war sehr schön zu Gast in der Villa Francesca zu sein. Die Betten waren gut, die Schlafzimmer haben Moskitogitter und gute Fensterläden, bei denen man Licht- und Luftzufuhr einstellen kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Pinienwald laufen und zum Strand in dem man toll Baden kann. Der Pool war groß und schön, wenn auch relativ kalt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war sauber und vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar und sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfreich bei Fragen. Wir mussten unsere Abreise kurzfristig verschieben, weil unsere Fähre gestrichen wurde, was sehr entgegenkommend von unserer Vermieterin gelöst wurde. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden und es wurde ein schönes neues Induktionskochfeld eingebaut. Gutes Kochzubehör und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Supermärkte und Geschäfte etc. Sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. (wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Alter von 8 und 5 Jahren zu Gast) Eine Garderobe und ein Schuhregal wäre gut noch zu ergänzen.

#### Welcome to beautiful Sardinia at Villa Francesca…

We booked this lovely villa for a weeks stay, very last minute. Francesca was very accommodating and extremely helpful with recommendations for car hire,taxis,places to visit etc. All in all an excellent host! The villa was exactly as shown, well equipped inside and out (lovely pool) and the view was amazing, the little welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We would definitely love return… Thank you for a lovely stay Francesca!

#### Clean, New, Comfortable and Bigger Pool than expected.

We had a wonderful 11 nights stay at the house. Communication was perfect, both the owner and the lady with the keys communicated very well, both before we arrived, while we travelled to the house and during our stay. The pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfortable beds with lovely towels and linen. It is a 15 walk to the beach which also has a nice restaurant. about the same to walk to the nearest shop and another restaurant. You will need a car to explore further afield. Lovely stay, would really recommend. Thanks

#### Great holiday at Villa Fransesca Sardinia

We (family 4x persons) did have a great holiday at villa Francesca in Tanaunella, Budoni. Great villa equiped with all types of comfort as airco, in and outside shower, beautifull garden, great swimming-pool, covered terrace, nice kitchen including dishwasher, bathroom including washing-machine. Beds in sleeping-room are good and also wardrobes available. The view to the mountains but also sea-view is magnificient because the villa is on a small hill. Spar supermarket on 800 meters for daily fresh bread, as also groceries can be done. 2x types of different beaches on 750 meters as also some restaurants in direct area. Communication with owner is very good and smart in proper way. Nothing negative to report!
