Please note: There is an unfenced drop and 3 steps in the garden, please ensure young children are supervised.. From your private driveway parking, enter into a spacious, bright and inviting space. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has lots of storage and surface space, so preparing any meal will be a breeze. The comfortable lounge boasts not one, but two, sofas that you can just sink into, and there is also a Smart TV. The splendid conservatory houses the dining area, a great place to be come rain or shine.

There are two bedrooms, one with a plush king-size bed, the other with twin single beds. The family bathroom comprises a bath with a shower over. The shower room has a large walk-in shower. The garden space has a subtle hint of the Mediterranean, with a fabulous arched white wall wrapped around the patio, sure to be a popular sun spot, with a few steps leading up to the enclosed, south-facing lawn, which is beautifully kept and a great place for a ball game or two.

The garden can be reached from the house or by a side gate, and the owner has thoughtfully provided an outside tap for washing down wetsuits and body boards. You can even store your water sports equipment in the adjoining garage! The North Cornwall coast is captivating, wild and beautiful with countless beaches and rugged cliffs. Look for the windswept trees, they have bowed over time to the vast Atlantic storms, as you explore inlets, thousands of rockpools and spectacular scenery.

You can reach the town of Bude within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Visit the open-air tide-filled sea pool or stroll along the tranquil canal path. Surfing and paddleboarding are popular here too, whilst golf, tennis and fishing are all nearby. Further afield, Port Isaac, famed for a certain Doc Martin, mystical and mythical Tintagel, pretty Boscastle, and for a lively experience, Newquay can be explored and enjoyed to your heart’s content.
