"Staff at night was friendly and helpful. Daytime folks were effective but less charming. Parking was reasonable. The stench of weed in the stairwell was obtrusive, but I guess that's what we're supposed to expect nowadays? The water pressure in the shower was waxing and waning. Maybe that was related to the number of people there--it was full. The Mexican place attached to the hotel is excellent. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again."

"Best thing about this hotel was location and coffee. Towels were dirty. Wasnt to thrilled with cleaniess of the shower stall. Several food spots around so i wouldn't go hungry. The staff could've been nicer"

"The shower faucet was not working well and you cannot control the temperature of the room. The only thing you can do for the temperature is to turn off the thermostat. The parking however was the worst offense seeing as we’re already paying for the room we should be able to get free parking. Parking was unnecessarily $15 a night and WiFi was not free either."

"Parking was good. Breakfast was disappointing. Minimal fresh fruit offerings ( bananas, some over ripe ). “Vegetable spread instead of butter) , milk in a gallon jug, no juices. Coffee was instant from a terrible Nescafé automatic dispensing machine, minimal bread offerings, no bagels and English muffins only one of the two days we were there. However, by far the worst thing about our stay and this facility was the automatic deodorizing machine in the lobby that ran 24hr a day and the smell like a cleaning agent permeated the air throughout the lobby and eating area. I asked the desk person the morning area our first night if it could be turned off or only run for a few hours at night but my request fell on deaf ears. You could even smell the nauseating smell on the elevator and when you got off on the 2nd floor in the hallway. I will never go back to that facility to stay again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed."

"When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it."
