"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The cottage was absolutely adorable, with so much charm and character. It was also incredibly comfortable and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The cleanliness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was easy to find, and check-in was simple and hassle-free.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would gladly return. "This lodge was the perfect fit for our friends group trip. The kitchen, living room, & dining room space was open concept & was perfect for allowing all of our large group to be together while not being on top of each other.We appreciated that the kitchen was fairly well stocked with typical kitchen items including a drip coffee pot and filters, blender, pots, pans, & platters for cooking & serving large meals, cutting boards, can opener, dishes, mugs, a griddle, etc. There were plenty fans for each room and a few portable AC units throughout the house. There were also games, markers & coloring books in the livingroom corner cupboard that we utilized. Of note, there were not quite enough towels for each guest in our group (we had 16 adults and 9 children). One room had towels under the bed that weren’t found until the end of the trip. We were thankful for firewood on site for the fire pit & found a functional kiddie pool/waterslide in the shed that the kids enjoyed. We found a pot in the cupboard & a few potholders with mold on them. We appreciated the washer & dryer on site, the distance from the house to the road & how it was fairly quiet road other than some ATV’s passing here and there (felt safe and secluded for little kids)Otter Creek down the road was a fun outing, we got some inner tubes from the local dollar general and enjoyed sliding down the natural water slides. This was overall a great fit for our group and we would love to return in the future."
