The highlight is the rooftop area, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, Banderas Bay, and Beach—a perfect spot to unwind or catch the sunset. With designated parking, a pet-friendly policy, and beach gear provided, diving into Bucerías charm couldn’t be easier!  
  
The Space:  
Relax and recharge at this charming Bucerías hideaway! Our 2-bedroom unit is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, with a queen bed in one room, a double bed in the other, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. You’re just five blocks from the beach, so you can easily transition from coffee in the kitchen to toes in the sand within minutes. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a cozy night in.  
  
Step out onto the rooftop terrace, where you’ll find breathtaking views, sunshine, and a refreshing ocean breeze. With cozy seating and lounge areas, it’s a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring Bucerías. We provide beach gear, so you can travel light and dive straight into the seaside experience.  
  
Located on the main road near popular restaurants, shops, and Bucerías attractions, this property offers a blend of relaxation and local flavor. With a designated parking space for one car and security personnel on-site, you’ll enjoy peace of mind as you experience the best of this colorful beach town.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the rooftop terrace and one assigned parking space. At check-in, you’ll receive an access card to enter the building, and the keys to the unit will be in a lockbox located outside the door. You’ll also have access to our curated guidebook filled with our top recommendations for dining, activities, and hidden gems in Bucerías. Our dedicated concierge/property manager is available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need.

Nestled in the heart of Bucerías, this property puts you right in the middle of local charm and relaxed beach vibes. Bucerías is a small beach town known for its colorful streets, lively art scene, and welcoming spirit. You’ll be just a short 5-minute walk to beach access, with Bucerías’ main central beach just 10 minutes away on foot. Here, you can enjoy the calm waters, stroll along the shore, or grab a bite at one of the local beach cafés. Around town, you’ll find an array of markets, galleries, and live music that make Bucerías a wonderful spot for exploration.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting around Bucerías is simple and convenient. Most destinations, including the beach, shops, and restaurants, are within easy walking distance, so you can explore without needing a car. However, if you wish to explore neighboring towns or further points of interest, local taxis and rideshares are readily available. For those who do drive, an assigned parking space for one car is provided on-site.

To ensure a comfortable stay, please note the following:  
This condo is located near a main avenue, so some traffic noise may be heard.  
An access card will be provided at check-in for building entry, and the unit keys are located in a lockbox outside the door.  
Pets are welcome, though we kindly ask that you confirm the size and breed with us beforehand / please note that a fee is applied per pet
