Quinta Nayarit is located in the heart of Bucerías, in the stunning Riviera Nayarit. This charming home is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends. Just three blocks from the beach, you can savor the best seafood in the area and take peaceful walks on the sand as the sun sets over the Pacific. From the terrace at Quinta Nayarit, you’ll have front-row seats to some of the most beautiful sunsets over the bay.  
During your stay, Mari and Jesús will be available to provide cleaning service and assist you with anything you might need.  
  
Quinta Nayarit is designed to make you feel right at home while you enjoy the paradise that is the Riviera Nayarit. Perfect for large groups or families, our home offers comfort, privacy, and spaces thoughtfully created to help you enjoy every moment.  
  
The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. It features 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and smart TVs with internet access (Netflix included). You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking whatever you're in the mood for, and a game room with a pool table, perfect for a relaxed afternoon with friends or family.  
  
The true charm of Quinta Nayarit lies in its outdoor spaces: A large pool surrounded by lounge chairs and garden, ideal for sun-soaked days. A second-level garden terrace with a spectacular ocean view — the perfect spot to enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine at sunset. A pickleball court for fun and friendly matches. A BBQ area and outdoor dining space, perfect for meals al fresco.  
  
At Quinta Nayarit, you'll enjoy a unique sense of privacy, as the house is located on a second level and surrounded by a beautiful stone wall that creates a peaceful, private atmosphere.  
  
Thanks to our strategic location, you're just a short drive away from some of the most iconic destinations in the area: Sayulita – 30 minutes. San Pancho – 35 minutes. Punta de Mita – 25 minutes. Puerto Vallarta – 35 minutes Quinta Nayarit is the perfect home base to explore the very best of Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit. All while enjoying a space that blends comfort, relaxation, and fun.  
  
The house has one parking spot, but there is additional parking available outside.

Bucerías is a charming beach town with a relaxed, bohemian vibe. Just three blocks from the house, the beach welcomes you with oceanfront restaurants where you can enjoy authentic local cuisine. If you're in the mood for something different, you’ll also find options ranging from Italian restaurants to rock bars — perfect for dinner or a sunset drink.  
  
One of the region’s true treasures is the Marietas Islands and the famous Hidden Beach — a natural paradise that’s absolutely worth exploring. You can rent a boat and discover this Pacific gem from the water. And if you visit between November and March, get ready for an unforgettable experience: whale watching.  
  
To get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport, simply take the highway toward Tepic and drive for about 25 minutes. The house is located right off the main boulevard, so it’s very easy to find.
