Room was no smoking, but smelled like smoke. Carpets in the halls/ stairwells were very stained and dirty. Just disn't feel very clean. Bathroom was okay. Sheets had markings on them (??)

Breakfast was the best -- egg and sausage bagel sandwich. Otherwise it was a bit grungy but relatively clean -- just run down enough that the drapes, bedding, furniture all seemed a bit dirty. Needs a big overhaul. Front desk guy was uniformly unhappy with his life every hour of the day we saw ...
