The Space:

Sleeping up to 18 guests across a beautifully renovated farmhouse and private granny flat, this unforgettable farm stay combines wide open countryside, luxury comforts and incredible experiences—all within easy reach of Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley.

The beautiful main homestead is warm, spacious and filled with natural light, capturing stunning views across the dam and surrounding paddocks. The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with a luxurious king master suite featuring an ensuite, full-size bath and direct access to the outdoor patio, three queen bedrooms and a custom bunk room sleeping six.



Just beyond the homestead, "The Shed" offers a charming self-contained retreat overlooking the dam. Complete with a queen bedroom, sofa bed, private alfresco area and outdoor hot tub beneath the fairy lights, it's the perfect space for grandparents, couples or anyone wanting a little extra privacy.



One of Bangalow Farm's standout features is The Barn—a beautifully designed country-style games room created for unforgettable nights together. Gather around the bar, challenge each other to pool, ping pong or foosball, take centre stage for karaoke, or simply relax in the lounge with a movie or sports game after a day exploring the property.



Outside, the experiences continue in every direction.



Spend your days picnicking by the dam, wandering walking trails into Sugarloaf State Conservation Area, spotting kangaroos, wombats and native birdlife, feeding the miniature donkeys and chickens, enjoying watching to cows and kangaroos or simply soaking up the peace and quiet of the countryside.
