Quiet and comfortable! And so close to Waco. We loved sitting on the front porch and hearing absolutely nothing! The donkeys are adorable, and so gentle taking their treats, I may have spoiled them. We will definately stay here again when we are in Waco to visit our kids.

Room was absolutely clean, shining tub/shower. The entrance is very nice extra clean continental breakfast was great everything is so well organized. Lived the oool and outdoor patio. Staff very friendly everyone says hi. Good morning.
