We were warmly greeted by Janet, who was very friendly. The cottage was clean and very well laid out with a wonderful view from the dining room.The bed was comfortable and a good shower plenty of hot water and at a decent pressure.On leaving Janet called in to see if were happy with everything and to chat about our bike rides and walking trips. Beautiful property in a spectacular setting with a very friendly host. Compared to other cottages I’ve stayed in this was by far the most comfortable with everything feeling new and well-cared for. In particular, a great sized bed and bedroom with fantastic ceiling height made it feel very spacious inside. And so peaceful, just some cows for company when looking out the window!
