The High Lonesome Lodge is nestled in a grove of pine trees; it features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a large rock fireplace. It is beautifully decorated with western red cedar furniture and western accents. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths it is very accommodating to a couples retreat or a large family. There is something for everyone at the High Lonesome. Cook a gourmet meal in the spacious kitchen or step out to the deck and grill up some steaks after a long day of sight-seeing, hiking, biking, or fishing. Enjoy a movie, cuddle in front of the fireplace in the living room, or enjoy a game of pool in the loft. The kids will love feeding the catfish in the stocked pond. Loved Buffalo Grill, enjoyed The Landing Casino & many sites to see & enjoy. We put the nice grill outside to use & thanks for the propane. Caught some brim from the pond, enjoyed the hot tub. Our son loved the playground and all the kids loved the loft and pool table. The kitchen was very good size and well utilized while we were there Everyone loved the hot tub which was very nice and clean Location is secluded and quiet with a quaint pond. I actually logged on to share the booking with someone and saw I had not left a review yet. This place was so beautiful! We had the best time! Honestly didn’t even need to leave the cabin to have fun. We had my boys, 4 and 7, my spouse and I, my parents, my grandmother and Aunt who are both disabled. Fun was had by all! The cabin was exactly as pictured and is in a great location. One thing I would recommend is bringing groceries from home if you are planning on cooking. There is really only one grocery store in Broken Bow. Also, the road leading up to the property is full of potholes so beware. ##### Andrew Y.
