  • Summary:

    Hickory is a two story, one-bedroom tiny cabin that sleeps 5. Nestled in the corner of our Tiny Town community, it backs up to the forest where a covered deck lets you enjoy the view with a mug of coffee or a glass of wine. The cabin has a queen bedroom and a short loft with a queen and two twin mattresses. It offers Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and satellite. It's pet friendly (adtl $20/night, max of 2), and has a propane grill (propane not provided), firepit, picnic table, and coin laundry facilities.



    The Neighborhood:

    Tiny Town is a tiny cabin and RV community just off HWY 259 with easy on and off and immediate access to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and minutes from the site of the new casino.



    Other Things to Note:

    Additional pet fee is requested after booking.



    Check-in and Check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter is subject to staff availability and will be assessed on a case by case basis. If cleaning staff is available for your check-in or check-out day, the cleaning fee will be double for those stays.

It’s a cozy cabin, great for families. A couple could sleep in the bedroom, while the kids could stay in the loft—it’s not too high up and is easily accessible. It’s close to everything along the road. There is good communication with the host.

Planned a dirt bike riding trip for myself and son. Cabin was very clean and plenty of room for us. Great location very close to the trails and lots to do in the area. Host provided great directions and had good communication. There was a big storm that passed through one of the nights and slept comfortably through it all. It was a great stay!

The property was in a great location, currently there was construction that made getting in/out difficult (temporary and not fault of the owner). The property was as described, one thing i would say is it is a tiny cabin as described - if you are a larger person, the bed/bathroom will likely be a challenge, and the upstairs bed scenario will be next to impossible. If you're looking for a low budget, good location spot that allows dogs, this is a great option

Great tiny cabin

It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights being just outside of Beavers Bend Park. It had great access to some nice restaurants nearby and was a short drive to the park. We didn’t have great internet connection but I’m sure that was due to the area the cabin is in and could be due to the rain we had while staying.

This tiny cabin was very cozy! Enjoyed seeing others with their pets. We did not bring ours. But definitely seemed pet friendly. Cabin was in a great location! We enjoyed the fire pit. Roasted hot dogs, smores and cooked steaks! Definitely go off the wifi password they send you not the one in the book in cabin. Overall truly enjoyed our stay!

The overall cabin was cute and very clean--no problems there. It was difficult to find and was located at the back of a run down trailer park. The back porch view was wonderful, and the cabin itself was great. The problem came when there was a city wide power outage--to clarify--this was not the host's fault at all. The problem came when we were trying to communicate with them. Tommy was professional and great, but occasionally, his wife got on the chain, and she was defensive, rude and aggressive. When we were trying to find out if it was a rolling outage (which we were originally told) or an actual outage (so we could get a hotel somewhere for the night) she said "Do you really think this will be off all night?" and later told us to "look it up". We had already tried to do that, but we are from out of state, so didn't have all the particulars. He kept jumping back on and trying to smooth things over, but we just finally stopped texting them. He was great on the front end for letting us add an extra night when our plans changed, so we did appreciate that very much.

We loved our stay in this cabin. It was nice and cozy. The host communicates with you. The beds are comfortable. Our daughters loved having their own room with their own beds. Our weekend stay was great! The entrance to Beaver’s Bend is very close. We hiked the Friend’s trail on Saturday and it is beautiful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated very well and responded promptly to all of my questions. We hope to come back again.
