The location was great, I love that hey have an indoor and outdoor pool. We didn’t use the game room but the fact that it’s by both pools is great if you have kids. Rooms were very spacious, as well as the balcony. The bathroom was small but other than that I would def go back.

Stay 9/19-9/21/26. I'm giving it 3 stars for the oceanfront view and the grounds. The room is 2 stars. The refrigerator was making noise non-stop. The noise from it and the AC made it hard to sleep. The room towels were stained with yellow and black stains. I have never stayed in a hotel where the towels were so scratchy that it hurt to dry yourself. The room coffee was gross. Creamer was old. I booked a room for 6 people. Two queen beds and a sofa bed should have been plenty. Except when we opened the sleeper sofa and laid on it I was in shock. There was absolutely NO padding on the mattress. We only felt the springs in our backs and through the springs the frame. It was NOT A SLEEPER sofa. It hurt to lay on!! We are not heavy people. My husband asked for a roll away bed and was told they didn't have any. They didn't offer a solution. My husband and I spent two nights on the folded sofa and two chairs facing each other as another bed. We switched places through the night to stretch out. The most uncomfortable, sleepless two nights in a hotel I have ever experienced! When checking out, the front desk lady hardly said two words. Took our key and said, "you're all set". I'm disappointed i spent all that money thinking I got one of the nicest rooms.

Too many fly on the first floor, also the sheet is not clean, please make sure check sheet while you clean room
