"Nice hotel a little aged but does what it says on the box and provides a nice room with a comfortable bed - breakfast was usual affair for this type of hotel, no option for an alternative. Staff on the whole were polite and helpful, one member of reception staff certainly lets this place down and you would think they would have a better approach to dealing with issues especially when its a fault with room. The other low point is the lack of bar / restaurant - there is no facilities of this type despite comments on the description saying there is - luckily there is a nice restaurant across from the hotel. General quality of the hotel is good, however the entry cards for the hotel rooms were a massive pain - we had 2 rooms and the cards for both rooms failed on a daily basis - meaning a trip back to reception for them to be recoded - most of the time it was straight forward unless the person on reception was the unhelpful one who decided it would be best to ask a million questions before recoding the key - after a long day out and about this is not needed "

"This hotel seriously needs a renovation. As soon as we opened our hotel room door, the smell was just awful. We called the front desk, so they sent someone with a can of Lysol to spray around the room. The Lysol scent only lasted an hour or so, which resulted in me having to drive to a 7/11 store at midnight to buy Febreze and an air sanitizer in order to sleep in peace. We also booked this hotel for the hot tub - which was not working by the way. A very disappointing stay. Staff was okay - Jose checked us in and was very accommodating and helpful. "

"I stayed in room 203, The bathroom sink had a crack, the corner of tub where it meets the wall had black molds, the tub faucet the face plate was coming off, the pipe from wall to shower head had some type of white sticky material on it, the drywall where meet the tub had been lifted, the sofa was dirty, all through the night there were some mechanical noise. The room was very dark even with all the lights on, the place has not been renovated/repaired since 1990’s. I will never stay there ever. "

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by the credit card company. A real pain, since we’ve had to fill out all kinds of paperwork. We called them about this and the hotel said they would take care of it. WE ARE STILL WAITING. The employees are just going through the motions here. They don’t care. It’s blatantly obvious. Save your money and go to a Motel 6. At least there you’ll get what you pay for. "

"The hotel was like a big maze, we liked it, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. the room was nice and clean, the pool area was clean, is very well set up, no hut tub but the pool was very warm and big enough to swim laps. The gentleman at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. They had a big menu and big portions. The Shuttle was quick and on time. Also big thank you to both drivers of the shuttles for Marriott. On the way there we jumped on the wrong Shuttle not realizing there is two Marriott hotels so the gentleman brought us to the right one. On the way back my son’s phone fell out of his pocket on the shuttle and the Lady driver answered the phone when I called it a couple of times and brought it back to us at the airport. Thanks, again!"
