Room not prepared properly. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival and despite having paid for additional person at time of booking, reception tried to charge more. Sofa bed was filthy with leaves under mattress, was full of hairs and stained. Fortunately two sets of sheets eventually provided and us cleaning it, made it bearable. Cutlery drawers filthy - had to wash it and cutlery before use. Handles and hinges of cupboards damaged. Insufficient crockery and cooking pans (no lids) and nothing suitable for using microwave. However it was spacious. Set out in lovely grounds with great pool and bbq. Parking was covered and v secure. Great location. CBD easily reached on foot within 15 minutes walk. If room had been clean and prepared properly, it would have a 5 Star rating. Shame that it was let down by above. The rim underneath the toilet seat was not clean. There was mould under the lid of the kitchen bin. The cushions on the lounge were old and had signs of mould on them. The lounge was very old and worn. For a Premium Apartment it was extremely disappointing. Communication from property wasn't great.
