The open-plan living area is built around the view, relax on the sofa (converts to a queen bed) with the 55-inch HDTV, work at the dining table with the river below, or open the electric window and listen to the city hum far beneath you. Central air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable in every season. One guest attending a concert in the Botanic Gardens watched the stage go up from this room, then walked to the arena in minutes.
