Charming Villa On The Forest In Brilon Wald (12 pp 200+ m2) close to Willingen

The house is situated at the end of the village on a street, which in fact leads directly into the forest, so directly from the house, you can enjoy and start your walks. For your daily shopping, it is a short 10 min drive to Willingen (4 km). In this cozy winter and summer village you will find an extensive network of ski slopes, a tropical swimming pool, an indoor ice rink, a climbing wall, 'Sommer Rodelbahn', shops, supermarkets, and many nice restaurants and cafés. Mountain bikers will find well-marked trails with varying difficulties as well as a specialized mountain bike rental outlet in summer. The famous Bruchhauser Steine is around the corner and many walking trails start just at the gate of the garden. Winterberg can also easily be reached by car (25 min).

Inside the house
This house has kept its authentic atmosphere and is decorated with great care and attention to detail. The spacious house is suitable for up to 12 people and features a spacious living room with a dining area and a seating area with a plasma TV (German channels) and DVD player. From the living room, you walk into the large garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts, including, a dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. There is also a guest toilet on this floor and a bedroom with a king-size box spring and an adjoining bathroom with shower/bath, sink, and toilet. On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms and a second bathroom. There are two bedrooms with a king-size box spring, there is one connecting bedroom to one of these rooms with a baby bed and there is a 4-person bedroom which is nice if you travel with older children in your party. Of course, this room is also suitable for adults if you travel with a group of friends. In the attic is a sixth bedroom with a double box spring bed available. Downstairs in the basement/garage, which is also accessible from the outside, you can stall your skis and mountain bikes, and any other equipment. A cot and a high chair at available at the house home.

In the garden, there is a large dining table and a covered patio for your outdoor entertainment. The garden itself is located on the edge of the forest and offers privacy. From the garden, you can start your walking tours that join the Rotharsteig or the hike to the Bruchhauser Steine which are passing through the forest nearby.
