A windowed corridor flanked by two large courtyards separates the main bedrooms at the rear from the living areas and bunk room at the front. The enormous bunk room is the ideal playroom for the kids, equipped with two sets of bunk beds, two rollaway beds, two sofas and a huge floorspace. For the adults, two large queen rooms are set at the quiet rear of the house and equipped with flat screen TVs to allow for that evening wind down. A large open plan kitchen/living/dining area takes full advantage of the abundant natural light, while a beautifully wild front garden is adorned with multiple benches and chairs designed to make the most of the morning sun. Either of the spacious courtyards provide the ideal private space to enjoy a leisurely BBQ and the company of good friends, and the large double garage means you have convenient and secure off-street parking. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 – 2 x Single Bunks with Trundle Beds Bedroom 2 – King Bed Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels. This comfortable and quiet home would be ideal for family or friends, and is less than five minutes walk from all the charms and conveniences of town. A perfect base to enjoy your stay. Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies. The beds were ok, firm with doonas that were too small for the beds. The outdoor furniture was very uninviting and the courtyards and entrance were very dirty, this meant everytime someone walked inside they carried a lot of dirt/leaves with them.
