The outdoor porch is a wonderful place for early morning coffee or an evening dinner. Two small parks are within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. You do not have to go up any stairs to enter the property or while you are on the property. The fire pit looked amazing, but we did not light a fire due to the current drought conditions and high winds.
