I want to give high praise to the incredible team at the Radisson Aquatica Resort. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the attentive front desk team and security personnel to the hardworking breakfast crew and the friendly bartender. Their hospitality truly made our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the physical property requires significant maintenance and upkeep. The exterior fountain is overgrown with moss, and the building facade is in clear need of a fresh coat of paint. Inside, the property lacks a clean, inviting aroma; installing automated air fresheners in the hallway, elevators, and guest rooms would make a huge difference. Additionally, the floor tiles in the rooms appear discolored (adding decorative area rugs or mats could improve the aesthetic), and the in-room coffee makers were not properly cleaned. With some dedicated facility maintenance, deep cleaning, and aesthetic updates, this resort could easily reflect the five-star service provided by its team.

The hotel is in dire need of repairs and modernizing. The staff however is the saving grace to the hotel. Its location is perfect and the beach is amazing. Come on owners, get that hotel back to life and you’ll have forever guest

Terrible restaurant service. Food is bad, service is worse if they actually get to notice you. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are old and need an upgrade. Pool side is small. The beach is nice here.
