We chose the property for the beach and pool access as we were there for a week. Unfortunately the beach access was washed away and was not available; the pool was also smaller than it appeared on the website and very small and packed. We knew the property was a 3-star, but the smell of marijuana was so overpowering around our room and the bed linens and room were pretty old. We chose to move to another hotel for the week.

There was no breakfast included. The room was very hot & they brought us a fan. The room was not ready & we had to put our luggage in a holding room. It was very nice to have the coffee & hairdryer & microwave & refrigerator in the room. However, no one replaced the coffee that we drank after the 1st day or the dirty towels. I had to ask for them. Over priced for what we received. It was very convenient to the ICC & Gainesville Fieldhouse.
