Food/Meals – Although there are a few places to eat on the mountain, it’s advised to bring groceries (or stop at the Wal-Mart in Cedar City). There is one nice restaurant (Cedar Breaks Lodge), a pizza place, and two small General stores with some prepared food. ( Recommend shopping before going up to mountains.

Great place to stay
This was a lovely little condo. It is not ski in/ski out which was disappointing but the shuttle is quick and dependable. There were a few items missing from the unit, ie. A blow dryer, salt and pepper. But the communication response from the owner was swift. The heating unit can be difficult to control but works well.

Awesome Views
Wonderful stay! Great views off the front porch. Parking was a little poor due to limited space in the front. We would have to park in back of other buildings, but it was literally only a 3 minute walk, so not bad

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Inadequate management! Lots of issues with this rental unit althought we like the location: 1) all adjustable in-wall heater units could not be adjusted properly as the marking on the unit don't make sense, rendering my family either too hot or too cold most of the 3 nights we were there. 2) When text the management, their answer was find it on the fridge. But there was just passwords. 3) snow piled up 10 plus feet high from our porch down to the stairwell to do down to the first floor, to the actual pavement. We arrived to our rental home only to find the building was completedly buried in the snow. We climbed over piles of snow just yo get thru the front door. All 5 luggages were tossed into front door, as it’s slippery to get by the high Pile. 4) parking lot snow piled up, same situation. Car cannot be moved during our stay. On the 4th day, when we met the young guy clearing walk path with his snow blower, he said only 3 out of 20 units are resident-owned…..which might explain why such unattended properties, especially the walk way around the 3 buildings from parking just to get to our unit. When we texted management asking for removal of snow in the parking lot so we could move our car on departure day, Their response "it's HOA's responsibiltity. That was not acceptable! We love the snow, but during snow season, management company need to resolve this issue with HOA, someone could seriously get hurt.
