Beds for 26 people! This Cabin is really a luxurious lodge—right on the slope of the Navajo ski run. From the Navajo Ski Lift your have access to all of the slopes on Brian Head. You can literally ski from the end of the driveway down to the lifts, buy your ski passes and have access to the entire mountain. You can ski back to the cabin anytime you want to warm up, then head out again for more fun! This luxury cabin is filled with amenities to make your stay perfect in every way. The master bedroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub for relaxing plus there are 2 steam showers and a sauna for warming up after a day on the slopes. The upstairs family room has a 72' TV and a selection of DVD's, plus a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, a game table, dart board and pub table. The down stairs family room has TV plus Air Hockey and ping pong. The large gathering area on the main floor has 2 large sitting areas for conversation and relaxing. There is a natural gas BBQ on the deck that looks out on an absolutely breathtaking view. In the winter we have our own sledding hill for the young ones. In the summer there are 2 grassy areas for volley ball and games. Home is beautifully furnished; it has a completely equipped kitchen, WiFi, 4 TV. Steam showers and a dry sauna. Perfect for a family reunion! This would be a dream vacation for your whole family. Roads are plowed, but it is advisable to have 4-wheel drive. 3 night min. $400 cleaning fee. I have much more to say but am limited in characters.We weren't able to pull into the driveway because there was 4 inches of snow, on top of an inch of ice, all the way down the steep driveway. I called the owner she said, sorry we only plow if there's 6 inches or more. So we grabbed a shovel and spent an hour shoveling the driveway for the rest of the family to get in. 4 of our vehicles ended up being unable to leave, all 4 had 4 wheel drive, 1 was a 100k truck. We had to use a metal shovel and break through the ice to get out. THIS IS SOMEONES HOUSE, NOT A VACATION RENTAL. The owners clothes and junk fill every drawer in the bedrooms, making unpacking impossible.The downstairs bathroom smells highly of mold, every bathroom has gross carpet through the entire bathroom.All the furnishings in this place were VERY VERY old and run down. The pool table balls all have dents and chips in them, there's only 2 decent pool cues, the rest are destroyed, the upstairs tv doesn't have a remote to it.Every morning everyone gathered around and complained about how TERRIBLE the BEDS are. Exposed springs, and hard mattresses made sleep here impossible. I brought this all up to the owner, and she was very rude about it all. After checking out she got her revenge by claiming we destroyed 2 couches in a room we never even used. Apparently they're worth 700 a piece and we're now liable. DO NOT STAY HERE. ##### Chris H. We've made it an annual tradition to come here for a ski trip with friends. It easily fits five families and is perfectly located ski in/ski out on the Paradise run off of Navajo. The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We're so grateful to them for letting us stay in their beautiful home! ##### Scott C. The property was perfect for us, giving everyone plenty room to spend time together and, when needed, space to make a private phone call. The property is well located, in a beautiful setting. The amenities were just as advertised - we enjoyed them all. I definitely recommend this property for those with a large group. We came in the middle of the summer and enjoyed being up high and out of the Southern Utah heat. ##### Ogal C. Brian Head is beautiful, and the house was great with all the games and amenities. Dorothy was awesome to respond when we needed things, and the house is really well stocked. Had some issues with ants. Game room awesome BUT in need of some equipment replacement. Three of six pool cue sticks either broken or missing felt tips. All of ping pong paddles had partial or all of rubber padding missing. House well supplied with paper products and kitchen equipment. Two large refrigerators which we needed for our big family. The furnishings are exquisite, including some nice art pieces, and the setting at Brian Head is wonderful. We went on some hikes, had a campfire, and spent lots of time together in comfortable environments. The altitude didn't seem to bother family members from Boston, so it was great. ##### Scott W. Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Bonnie H. 9 juill. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Amazing and beautiful home A truly wonderful home for our family reunion, the kitchen was well supplied for making and serving meals, indoor and outdoor tables and extra folding chairs too. There were two refridgerators which was also a plus. The ice maker didn't work fridge but we made our own ice cubes and it wasn't inconvenient. Everything was very clean, some dusting was needed but it's a large house. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Lots of areas to gather in, upstairs, main floor and downstairs also had plenty of couches, chairs and sofas. We did have an ant problem the 2nd day in the Master Bedroom with lots of ants coming from outside and covering the wall by the bed. We were able to get rid of them eventually, vacumned and plugged some holes and didn't have that problem again. We also had wasps upstairs and on the main floor of the house but were able to deal with them and we weren't bothered after the 2nd day. There were so many fun activities for everyone to enjoy in the upstairs game room and also downstairs. The kids didn't want to leave for our outdoor activities as they were having so much fun. The views from the living room and outside were outstanding plus everyone loved this house!! Dorothy was a wonderful host and was very conscientous and communicated well. ##### Bonnie H. Some leaking in the home but couldn't be helped considering the amount of snow Brian Head had this year. Perfect size for our family of 16\. Great location for ski in and out. Overall had a wonderful time. Just would suggest that some of the white duvet covers on the beds could use some replacement or a good washing. Some of the pillows need replacing and not all beds had mattress covers. Some sheets need replacing. ##### Debra H.
