Escape to your ultimate mountain retreat — this spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath home invites you to make lifelong memories in a luxurious cabin setting. Nestled in the scenic high-country of Brian Head, Utah, you’ll enjoy both adventure and relaxation: unwind in the hot-tub under the stars, cozy up by one of two fireplaces, or take advantage of nearby ski slopes, hiking trails, and majestic views of the surrounding mountains.  
  
THE SPACE  
This beautifully (newly) furnished and thoughtfully equipped cabin offers plenty of room for family, friends, or groups of any size.

\- Bedroom 3 (Basement Level): King Bed with 1 twin bunk bed

\- Bedroom 5 (Upper Level): Full bed with 5 twin beds  
\- Loft or additional flex space (Upper): Comfortable seating that can convert to extra sleeping space for children (Pullout Couch)  
\- Bathrooms: Four full baths (one on each level and the Master has its own)  
\- Living Areas: Open-plan main floor living room and kitchen with large gathering space, plus walk-out basement with large rec/gathering room. Two fireplaces (main living and basement).  
\- Kitchen: Fully stocked with high-end finishes and appliances including large fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker(s), blender, toaster, waffle maker/griddle, full set of cookware, spices and pantry staples, kid-friendly dishes/silverware, and a dining space that invites everyone to gather comfortably.

Winter & snow conditions:  
Due to the high elevation and heavy winter snowfall, a vehicle with 4×4 or AWD is strongly recommended in snowy months. Chains may be required depending on conditions. Driveway is paved and maintained, but snow removal is subject to weather.

Driveway accommodates 4-6 vehicles.

Situated on a paved road, no steep or rough access required. Close to ski lifts, snowmobile trails, and summer hiking/ATV trails.

Absolutely perfect house for multiple families with kids! Our early season ski trip was an awesome experience thanks to our beautiful accommodations. Large front room with big sectional for adults to lounge while the teenagers hung out in the downstairs family room. The kids loved playing the provided Xbox at night after a day of riding. Kitchen was well stocked, large laundry room and the hot jacuzzi on the patio was a hit for both kids and adults. The house set up was absolutely perfect if you are traveling with adults and kids. Check in and out was super easy and Skylar was very friendly and responsive in all communication. 10/10!
