This comfy, cozy home is located in Connestee Falls private community and 15 minutes to downtown Brevard. It is also an hour from the south-west of downtown Asheville, and an hour to Asheville Regional Airport. 45-minute drive to Greenville, South Carolina.

This single-level home is located in the gated community of Connestee Falls, right in the center of it all, steps away from the clubhouse, tennis courts and golf course. Step outside onto the screen porch to enjoy cool summer evenings. From the screen porch, you can walk out onto an open deck and the peace and quiet in the Connestee Falls community.

Because this home is in Connestee Falls, you will enjoy excellent amenities, including 13+ miles of private hiking trails and a George Cobb Designed Golf Course. The community is also gated and staffed at the gates 24/7 and includes a roving security patrol that covers the entire 3,900 acres.

Lovely, comfortable, clean house in the heart of Connestee Falls. The house was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and all the basic amenities were provided. We did not want for anything during our stay.

The home was very comfortable and the provided amenities were excellent. A trouble free stay that was near all our points of interest. Extra security being in a gated community, plus peace of mind being able to garage our car in the evening was an unexpected plus. We were very happy with our choice and will return! Everyone I communicated with by email, phone and text was super supportive. We were very impressed with information and responsiveness. Definitely a 1st class operation. We will definitely use White Squirrel in the future.

Definitely off the beaten path!

The house is clean and secluded, I didn't realize it was a gated community when I booked it and that had a little learning curve. They should explain how that works a little more in depth especially to people arriving after the guard at the south gate leaves for the day. We were there to visit family and see the eclipse so I didn't use any of the amenities.

The technician who fixed the A/C and the White Squirrel representative we spoke to on Thursday evening to request assistance with the AC were both so polite and friendly. Honestly, they were the reason we weren't upset about it not working (and bc the evening was so cool). If they hadn't been so accommodating, we would have had expressed a more negative experience.

Very Clean Home

The home was very clean and all the amenities we needed. We were there to hike the Dupont State Forest and Gorges State Park. We really enjoyed our visit and the property.

Nice property one suggestion

Please warn your guests that the uneven driveway can rip the bumper / splash guard off the car as it did to two of our guests when they tried to back down the driveway. It’s tricky to turn around In the driveway but we found out the hard way that’s it’s best to go out of the driveway front first. I suggest the owners demarcate the hump with some yellow paint so people know not to back over it. We found a great body shop that was able to reattach the bumper in less than a day. However this problem is best avoided. Otherwise loved the property.
