This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. "This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use."
