Hotel was nice and clean the restrooms near the food area were in serious need of a cleanup. Since it was early morning and at breakfast time, I’m assuming somebody can clean at the end of their shift.

There was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk.
We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room.

Check in was very easy and fast. The front desk person was friendly. When we went to bed after getting the kids settled in we smelled a urine scent and found it was all over one of the queen mattress.
