The ground floor apartment is south-west facing and features a cosy bedroom with a double bed as well as a living room with two additional beds, ideal for up to four people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and much more. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and all necessary amenities. A special highlight is the spacious, partially covered terrace with 35 m², equipped with a hot tub and two sun loungers that guarantee a magnificent sea view. The separate entrance ensures privacy and relaxed living. For additional comfort, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and smart TV with Netflix, heating, and a communally used washing machine are provided. Bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are included. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The holiday home itself offers guests a barbecue option and 10 bicycles for free use.
