Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care.

The place was very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 7. The owner was not there but the mother lives down on the bottom floor. She met us and explained everything, mostly in German.
