8/10 Very good! (1,007 reviews)
I was criminal trespassed with the police called for asking when the room i prepaid would be cleaned and for fresh towels.
Yes a 78 year old handicap man was forced out! I was told there was a sign in lobby and on the bathroom mirror. But no one with La Quinta could find or point to the policy sign.
They said all Windom hotel only clean room every three (3) days. Again I was never told this. Do not know if I will get a refund and I did buy the insurance from hotels.com.
Suggest not booking this hotel if possible.
