Boasting a tastefully furnished open-concept layout and tall vaulted ceilings, this West Branson resort condo is the perfect home-away-from-home for a family or close group of friends.

Start your morning with a cup of hot coffee on the spacious deck and take in the 180-degree views of the verdant valley in front of you. When you start to grow hungry, head inside to whip up an omelet breakfast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances! The 4-person breakfast bar is ideal for a quick snack, or you can dine al fresco on the outside deck.

When you're not exploring Silver Dollar City, take full advantage of all the Notch Estates community amenities. You will have access to 2 seasonal swimming pools, multiple grilling areas with charcoal grills, a basketball hoop, walking and hiking trails, and a private 5-acre lake stocked with local fish!

Finish off the night by making some microwave popcorn and watching your favorite movie on the mounted flat-screen cable TV.

As you start to yawn, retreat to one of the 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms to enjoy a fantastic sleep on the cloud-like mattresses. The master bedroom boasts a private en-suite bathroom and deck access.

Table Rock Lake is always a favorite spot to relax and beat the heat in the summer or spring time. Drive just under 10 miles to reach the Table Rock State Park recreation area and rent a boat to cruise the lake with your loved ones. The lake also has plenty of hiking and biking trails as well!

Silver Dollar City is less than a mile drive from your door and a fantastic spot for some family-oriented fun.

Some other ideas for fun while you're staying in Branson include visiting the 76 Music Strip, having a meal at Dolly Parton's Stampede, or checking out the Branson Landing shopping mall. If you're an animal lover, be sure to check out Promised Land Zoo and the Branson's Wild World.

You can't beat this location if you plan to visit Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, or the Branson Strip.

This was a great place to stay for us, very close to Silver Dollar City which is why we came to Branson this time. Very clean and easy to check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Older property but awesome location to silver dolar city and Branson. This is not a 5 star resort but great place to stay for the price. Highly recommend it.

This property was a great place to stay for our family of 6. It is close to SDC, has a basketball court, 2 pools, hiking trails, and a private pond.

The property was nice and organized but the only reason for the 2 star rating on cleanliness is that the sheets in the main bedroom had a couple small blood stains. I did contact the host and they offered to change the sheets immediately. Other than that we liked the inside of the condo. The only other downfall for me is that 1 of the pools was closed down so it left only 1 other pool and it was very busy during the time I had to go use it so I ended up not going in the pool at all. Overall my stay was decent and I would consider staying again.

Quite Place

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the other side of table rock lake. I was surprised how quite it was. The back deck is very nice, being covered and no sun. Kitchen is okay. We found what was needed or purchased oil, baggies,etc. they do provide coffee which was nice. Noticed that they didn’t have any wash cloths?? Overall nice.

Great stay.

Would stay here again. Easy access. Great location. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Owner communicated quickly. No issues or problems. Be aware this unit has no dishwasher. Also the unit is up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Neither were a problem to us but might be to some.

Definitely a budget rental! Don’t book if you are used to nicer stays! The condo smelled faintly of smoke and none of the light switches for the fans worked properly. The pots and pans and utensils were pretty rough and poor quality. But the area surrounding the condo and the pool areas were pretty gross. The bathroom by the pool, the pool that wasn’t drained, was unusable with ants and spiders everywhere. Condo wasn’t conducive to a relaxing stay or an easy departure with all the lengthy requirements asked for from the management company or owners. Wouldn’t stay again!

They canceled our reservation less than 2 hours before check in

I can not say if the property was nice or clean, since they canceled our reservation less than 2 hours before check in. The host blamed VRBO and VRBO blamed the host. Regardless, it left us scrambling for a place to stay with 4 teenage girls, my husband and myself. That was not ideal since we had to choose between leaving the 4 teenagers in a motel room by themselves or asking my husband to room with 2 of them and me with the other two. VRBO did find us a motel for the first night, but it was far from what we were expecting to stay in. Overall, I was very disappointed!!!

Branson Girlfriends Trip

We were very pleased with this condo! It is located in a very scenic quiet neighborhood. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The homemade chocolate cookies added a nice touch! We definitely like staying in a condo over a motel in Branson. It was a short drive to all of the attractions and we looked forward to driving back to our lodging every evening. Definitely recommend!

Highly Recommend

Loved that it was "off the beaten path" to get away from the hectic pace of the Strip of Branson, yet close to everything. Beautiful scenic view from the living room and deck. Nice and quiet in the evenings. Serene setting.
