The whole amount was charged against my Affirm account. It became very difficult to speak to someone to get it straightened out. For some reason, a partial of the payment was returned to affirm.A Representative from Vrbo told me I needed to contact the property manager. My understanding was and always has been that’s why I pay VRBO to make it hassle free.2.) The representative from VRBO contacted the property manager and had her to contact me. I was informed that the affirm credit card that I used was declining the additional payment. I told the property manager that I would look into it,again not hassle free!3.) After contacting affirm, they explained to me that there was no way that they could charge the additional amount because it already charged it and it had been refunded. And the representative from a firm said, I could fill out for another credit card and use it at that point in time. I use my American Express again. Not hassle free.4.) Upon arrival I was informed that I needed to pay five dollars per day for parking per vehicle. The ad represented free parking.5.) I have stayed in several condos with my family through the years. I’ve owned timeshares through Blue Green and Marriott. The cabin had a bad smell.We went and bought air freshener to get the smell out, but it kept returning. This place has potential to be nice, but there’s a lot that needs to be corrected. Some things a deal breaker and a lot of small things. I’ll start with the most problematic. There is carpet in the bedrooms. It was full of pet hair like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The bedrooms also faintly smelled of urine. I assume it’s the carpet. The humidity inside; according to the thermostat, was high. At one point 93%. I am cold natured and was sweating with the temp at 70\. The mattresses had indentions on each side where they were worn and need to be replaced. The living room furniture was also in poor condition. Bedding is worn. Shower doors kept coming off track. The lighting was very dem making the rooms dark.They only provided 6 towels for four people for several days stay; therefore, we had to wash towels every single day. Not enough toilet paper for the stay. We had to buy more (probably could have got it from the club house but we were at the store). There was no laundry detergent provided. Kitchen utensils were a little sparse. The location was nice, very nice neighborhood, very close to SDC. Screened porch was nice. All in all I would never stay here again. It’s in need of some tlc and the urine smell and pet hair was a deal breaker for me. I emailed the email I had about this the first night with no response. Cabin was clean and well stocked with cookware, extra pillows, blankets, etc. Very private with the close building proximity of other cabins. Nice screened porch. This is our first stay in this particular cabin and it is by far our worst cabin experience in Stonebridge Village. There were many things we were willing to overlook and made a few comments through the weekend that we wouldn’t stay in this particular cabin again. Our decision was solidified when we left Sunday morning to get breakfast and returned to the cabin, only to find that we were automatically locked out. The key code no longer worked. So, here we are standing with our warm breakfast since we got it to go and can’t get into the cabin. It’s freezing outside, and our things are inside the locked cabin. It was super frustrating trying to get someone to help. The welcome center says they’re open, yet no one is there. The security officer, Terry, was the only bright spot with all this chaos. He tried and tried to help us. Sunset Nightly Rentals said they’d call us back-which they did. In the midst of this, a simple, “lets generate a new key code to get you in” would have made this scenario a much more pleasant experience, but first, she has to make comments about how she can’t believe the key code doesn’t work, etc. Well, heck yes! I can’t believe it either, but let’s offer a quick solution instead of talking about the problem. We will never stay here again or with any property managed by Sunset. ##### Vonda S. It was outbof the hussle of Branson but still close to attractions. Loved the location. I bought a 3 piece frying pan set & left it there for you. I have 4 vacation rentals 2 in Pagosa Springs Co and 2 on Crystal River in Fl. I have Keurigs in all of my units as that's something people readily have available and usually bring. I did buy a Keurig to use while I was there and then brought it home with me😬 the only suggestion that I would have is possibly a solar light that goes on motion sensored down by the stairs that go down as when we took our dogs out it was Pitch Black down there. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The screened in porch was nice, clean and no bugs. I couldn't figure out the fire place. It is right next to a golf course. The screened in porch is nice, but there are dogs that are left outside on the other side of the golf course that bark at every golfer. Other than that, it is quiet. It doesn't have sidewalks which would be nice to be able to walk around the neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable but it has carpet in the bedrooms that have stains and the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It's not comfortable. Needs more side tables. Take out carpet and fake plants! The jacuzzi tub was nice. ##### Jack T.
