Our old-fashioned rocker welcomes you at the front door. The front porch is a great place to watch the sun rise with that first cup of morning coffee (which we provide for you), to enjoy a good book in the rocker, or to play a card game at the table and chairs. Inside you will find a spacious, open living floor plan (1,150 square feet) awaiting your enjoyment. All bed and bath linens are provided. BOTH bedrooms have superior quality KING beds with 100% cotton sateen 400 thread count sheets, plush blankets, comfy pillows, PRIVATE bathrooms (with hairdryers), TV, DVD players, ceiling fan, nice closets with double mirrored doors, LOTS of drawer space, and AM/FM alarm clock radios. Enjoy a jetted tub in the master bath plus a separate toilet, large rain shower and additional vanity. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It is in a perfect location, close to grocery stores and the theatres. The queen beds are comfortable. Our adult grandson tried to sleep on the pull-out couch, it was not comfortable. He said it would work fine for kids. The host was very good, she responded quickly to any questions we had. We have been coming to Branson for many years and never really paid any attention to this community. I'm so glad we found this! All the cabins looked nice, ours was just as good on the inside! Very clean, very well equipped, comfy beds, nicely furnished! The owner was easy to work with, great at communicating with us before and during our stay. Communication with Tammy was great and she answered all of our questions before our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We stayed with another couple and loved the layout and the space that this cabin offered, along with 2 private suites so that each couple had their space. One of our friends had a broken ankle so was using a wheelchair during our stay and being able to park right at the door and not having any steps into the unit was such a blessing. Then we needed 2 king beds and 2 baths, with 1 step in shower. This rental checked all those boxes. It did say there was an exception to the handicapped accessibility, and if we had questions we could contact the owner. When reading everything online about the property ALL of our requirements were clearly listed, with the 1 exception of the curb outside for parking. I never considered since wheelchair accessible was CLEARLY listed that I’d need to call and clarify that. Who could imagine that you couldn’t actually use a wheelchair once inside to get through either bedroom to reach a bathroom? I contacted the owner upon check-in to tell her I was very disappointed. The men had to move a chest of drawers to sit in front of the mirrored closet in order for me to access a bathroom & 1 side of the bed, The owner continues to BLAME ME for the ‘misunderstanding’. She’s even checking with her lawyer to make sure she’s covered. I never threatened a lawsuit, and yet she’s blamed me in 3 separate correspondences. This property should NEVER be listed as handicapped accessible. Other than this & her rudeness to me, the property was great. Nice kitchen & living room. Convenient to our scheduled activities. Central location, private setting, clean and comfy house! It is a duplex style, but no one appeared to be in the other side. That may have been an issue if there had been, as we had a bunch of noisy teenage girls who were loud! I would add that to the listing, so everyone knows when wanting to rent it. Comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, wide open kitchen / living room, screen porch, nice big recliner, lots of extra blankets, easy peasy check in and out! Love love love! We will be back!
