« This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again! »

« The hotel was represented as being super nice and fancy with plenty of parking. It was none of those things. The bathtub had been refinished and the finish was peeling off, the room was quite small and an iron burn on the carpet. Parking was difficult as they share their parking with another business. The staff was mostly nice...but when I came down to buy some items I was told to handle it myself with the kiosk. The pool was decent and the bar staff was very nice. 43$ for 3 drinks was pretty...

« We didn't eat breakfast so, I don't know about that. The room was small. The kids loved the pool. We were in a good location but, the lights from the attractions across parking lot lit up the room. It is not peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. »

« The property was very clean . Checking in and out was simple and easy. It’s an older property but again very well taken care of. We didn’t use the outside pool, or fitness center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the time we stayed there. What was really nice was that it’s so close the the main strip. »

« We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it »

« Upon checking in I was not aware that they did not serve breakfast- apparently it’s “off season” (no dates provided). There is a sign in front of the property saying to check in uphill at another complex. The building we were in was so disgusting. The entire building had a smell of cigarette smoke, feet, and dirt. Housekeepers were sitting in chairs inside a room looking at a phone and laughing. Maintenance workers were smoking at the front of the facility when takimg trash out. Pictures and...
