This perfectly located home will be the ideal retreat for your group to enjoy all the adventures Branson has to offer! Located just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip but also only 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and right next to Table Rock Lake, you will be perched right in the heart of the Ozarks! The Space: Welcome to Summer Sunset! This 5 bedroom home is nestled on the Branson's hillside of Chateau Mountain overlooking Table Rock Lake! With parking directly in front and NO STEPS to access, this home is perfect if you have someone in your group that is not good with stairs. Gather together in the main living room and sink right into one of the leather chairs or play some games around the large dining table. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with the pots, pans, small kitchen appliances, and other cooking utensils that you would need to cook up your favorites! The main floor also has Bedroom 1, just inside the front door and boasts of a king bed as well a private bathroom! Head downstairs to Bedroom 2 and 3\. Bedroom 2 is an oversized room with a queen bed as well a twin bed, and it's own bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has its own bathroom and features a king size bed for an extra comfortable night's sleep! Those who stay in Bedroom 3 have easy access to the hot tub with access right out the sliding back door. The layout was perfect with plenty of room for all 11 of us! The baby slept comfortably in the laundry room in the portable crib provided, the preschoolers had their own room, and the grandparents had a main level room without stairs to climb. There was plenty of soaps for dishes, laundry etc. But paper products were low (only a few tissues in kleenex box and half used rolls of paper) so we ended up buying lots of paper towels and TP. ##### Stephanie Y.
